The use of the name, the logo and the internet domain UNITEDRESPECT is subject to the following regulations:
The full name is: UNITEDRESPECT – the key to humanity. The name may not be translated.
The used e-logo is displayed below:
UNITEDRESPECT's internet domain is "unitedrespect.de".
UNITEDRESPECT will take of legal action to prevent the use of UNITEDRESPECT's name or logo if this use conveys the impression of a connection to the UNITEDRESPECT initiative.
UNITEDRESPECT can take measures against the misuse of its name as an internet domain under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) or by the proceedings of individual states' public authorities and/or their relevant authorities.

Use of the name, the logo and/or the internet domain requires prior authorisation in writing and is to be in accordance with the specified conditions and procedures, particularly with regard to the visual design, the duration and the scope.

The UNITEDRESPECT logo is to be depicted according to the defined graphic standards and not to be altered.
